We have a 3-4 working day processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we get them and most will be shipped sooner.

Our returns policy is 30 days please return in new condition.  Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees.  The customer is responsible for the shipping fees unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges- our customers are very important to us and we want you to be very happy with your cushion.  We do make every effort to photograph our cushions so they represent the colours accurately however it is not possible to guarantee every computer monitor will depict the true colour of the cushion cover so if you do wish to exchange your item please contact us within 30 days and we can help you with the process.
